The Alexandrian is managed completely by volunteers, and we’re always glad to add people to our team!

Editing.
Each quarterly issue of the Alexandrian is edited by an anonymous team of editors. Anyone who has a bachelor’s degree in a particular field may edit in that field, and their opinions will be taken into account in other areas of interest as well. Preference is given to Canadian youth, but others are welcome.
Editors look over the anonymous submissions and decide what we will publish. They edit the accepted documents for mechanics and content. Many editors also submit their own work, which is judged anonymously by his peers. For each new issue of the Alexandrian, a team of editors is chosen. This ensures that their commitment is short – only three months long – and easier to fulfill. After editing an issue, one may reapply informally to continue as editor. In order to edit a genre, one must have a Bachelors’ degree in that area; editors will also be able to give their opinions in other realms of interest.
Directing.
The Board of Directors is a group of enthusiastic and like-minded individuals who invest more time and energy in making the Alexandrian what it is. (Caveat – there are no hard and fast requirements for making the Board. The best way to get on it is to explain the Alexandrian’s method and goals, as you see them. If your ideas coincide with my own and you seem to be a responsible person, I may invite you to the Board. C.N.)
